Twin Treats

These are the first little pieces I have ever made, other than toys for our West Highland White Terrier girls, Betty Boo and Candy Corn. (Yep, they were born on Halloween.) The picture of them below was 8 years ago, they will be NINE years old this year my how the time has flown.

The first blankie, I used this pattern, http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/cpl-bafg.html

I am most happy with it, and  the second blankie  pattern I used was from the following blog link

I am very pleased with the way my 1st attempts turned out!  The little hats were made from basic Double crochet newborn hat patterns and 3 month pattern that are plentiful on the internet. I also downloaded the sweet little tags from Pinterest

I hope my Great Granddaughter's Mackenzie and Kimberly will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed learning and making them...

I am also super excited as My family will be here all together this Easter, I can't wait to see everyone and hold me some babies!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday as well. I know everyone will be sharing photos of funny bunnies and sticky chocolate fingers and deviled eggs for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner, especially if your fortunate to still have a home with little feet shuffling about!
Do you have any special traditions you carry on from your childhood for the Holiday? Join in on the link parties below.
